Bone-In Lamb T-Bone Chops 2.5 lbs

Our bone-in loin chops come from lambs that were raised free-range, grazing on their natural diet of grasses. Their easily prepared and are incredibly flavorful. Just heat up a cast-iron skillet on high, brown each side for about 3 minutes, then pop the whole skillet in the oven and roast at 400° until it's done how you like it.
