 Opa! Like a cool breeze off the Mediterranean, our chickpea tortillas will blow you away. We made a tortilla with chickpeas and olive oil, but don't worry, it doesn't taste like a pita! Our chickpea tortilla is ultra pliable and behaves and tastes suspiciously like a flour tortilla.
