Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been processed and dispatched for delivery, cancellations may no longer be possible.

How can I proceed with ordering this quote?

If you are interested in ordering, please visit our office at 176 Charlotte Street Bourda, between Light and Albert Streets. You will need to make a 50% down payment of the total amount, and we will process your order.

Can I send someone to uplift my package?

Yes, kindly remind him/her to present any form of ID for verification purposes.

Can you order items for me online?

Yes. Send us the link to the product you’d like to buy, and we’ll provide you with a quotation.

Do you accept MMG?

Yes. To pay using MMG, please go to "Pay Bills". Kindly look for Shop GT under Shipping Companies

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Guyana. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders every Monday, and you can expect delivery by Wednesday.

Can I purchase items from SHEIN and Temu? Are you guys bringing packages from China?

Yes, you can. We are still receiving packages from China.

Returns and Refunds

Can I request a return for the damaged/wrong package?

You can request a return. Please contact us immediately. Our team will review your request and assist you with the return process.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). The credit will be applied on your next invoice
